MOVEMENTS
Waste X connects office teams, drivers, waste movements, receiving sites, compliance and reporting in one operational platform — from booking and collection through handover, receipt and audit.

Live waste operations
Jobs, movements and reporting stay connected.
Waste management software
Waste X is not a form sitting beside the operation. Jobs, customers, loads, incoming and outgoing movements, receiving decisions, DWT, quarterly returns and audit records work from the same operational data.

MOVEMENTS

DIGITAL WASTE TRACKING
Book work, track the physical movement, record the receipt and carry the same operational data into DWT, returns and audit.

See booked work, live loads, completed jobs, exceptions and reporting actions without rebuilding the same information across separate systems.

Keep one searchable movement register across waste received and waste leaving site, with live, completed and exception states visible together.

Booked loads move through driver transport and receiving-site decisions with live, rejected, completed and cancelled work separated clearly.

Waste X uses information already captured through the operation to prepare incoming movements for Digital Waste Tracking, surface records needing attention and support controlled submission.

Incoming and outgoing return rows are prepared from recorded loads so quarter-end reporting does not become another manual data-entry exercise.

Keep clients and their waste-origin sites in the platform so teams can book work without repeatedly typing the same operational information.
Built around real roles
Waste X supports organisations operating as generators, carriers, managers and receiving sites — including businesses that span several roles.

RUN THE DAY
Operations teams can work from a single daily surface instead of piecing the day together from calls, spreadsheets and separate systems.
Built for Grab Hire
Waste X gives grab hire and carrier operations one connected record from booking and dispatch through collection, transport, destination handover and compliance.
See Waste X for Grab Hire →Create collection-to-destination work with the customer, sites, waste details and operational references connected from the start.
Keep the driver and vehicle attached to the load so office and field teams are working from the same job.
Driver Mobile keeps collection, transit, destination activity, field notes and exceptions attached to the load.
Keep receiver decisions, signatures, Waste Transfer Note information and the final operational record connected.
Waste X Mobile
Drivers see authorised jobs, routes and current status from a focused field app. Offline readiness and queued events help the operation keep moving when connectivity is unreliable.
